The new partnership will see Scarlets use the TopTix SRO4 software solution to manage all Ticketing, Membership, Marketing and Customer Profiling across key departments within the club.
As well as providing a new on-line ticketing solution for supporters buying through the club’s website, TopTix Sport will also provide in the coming months a fully integrated Facebook Ticketing platform which will enable supporters to purchase tickets from a seating plan directly within their Facebook page. Facebook users will then be able to view the seat location purchased by friends.
