SRO4 goes live with a host of ground breaking new features in the latest release

TopTix proudly announce the latest release of its next generation ticketing system, firmly establishing the reputation of SRO as among the most technically sophisticated, flexible and reliable ticketing solutions available anywhere in the world.

Over the past 10 years TopTix has been known internationally as the creators of the SRO suite of ticketing software applications - widely acknowledged as among the most technically sophisticated, flexible and reliable ticketing solutions available anywhere in the world.

SRO4 is an entirely re-engineered solution based on a brand new and highly sophisticated platform which brings unparalleled levels of flexibility, scalability and performance to any organisation involved in the sale or distribution of entertainment tickets.

The announcement of this latest release marks a major milestone in the 170,000+ hour development project. 

Highlights of the latest release include:

  • In-built network capabilities enabling any SRO4 system to connect to any other SRO4 system in real time, enabling multi-channel cross-selling and up-selling without inventory owners having to relinquish control.
  • Astonishing performance, with the ability to process 300,000 tickets per hour from a basic server configuration.
  • Additions to the Software Development Kit that is supplied as standard, to include 'drag-and-drop' API integration tools, API integration Volume and Stress test tools and front-end interface configuration tools enabling every single field or button to be changed on a user-by-user level if required

This new SRO4 release enables venues to make all inventories accessible across multiple resellers and affiliates, without having to manage allocations. Similarly, the release also enables venues to utilise a wider range of 'occasional sellers' that historically would not have dedicated access to tickets.
 
As a flip-side to this, the new release also allows venues and sellers to consume inventory from multiple sources, including hotels, travel and restaurant reservations."
