SRO4 - Agency Platform

SRO4 is specifically designed to give venues more flexibility and control when working with ticket agencies and affiliate distribution channels.

It is also specifically designed for external use by ticket agencies and affiliate distribution channels to manage allocations of acquired inventory and gain direct access to venues’ inventory (via commercial agreements).

For Venues  (Highlights)

  • Complex allocations, seat locks and privileges for participating agencies 
  • A series of rules engines that can dynamically modify allocations, inside and outside commissions etc. according to pre-set rules
  • An in-built process for ‘marking back’ and ‘calling over’ agency allocations, allowing seats to be ‘inked in’ and ‘pencilled’
  • A separate toolset (called aSRO) giving occasional resellers such as concierges and tourist information centres direct access to live seating plans via a secure login/password. Resellers can select specific seats, sell to account or their customers’ credit cards, and print bar-coded tickets via A4 printers
  • Direct system integration - allowing agencies to access pools of live inventory. Removes financial risk, manual work load and potential for error associated with traditional allocation methods. Gives all agencies more choice of seats, allows agency sales right up to the event start time, and encourages agencies to compete directly for sales. The rules engines could also incentivise agencies (e.g. automatic commission increases tied to sales).  

For Agencies  (Highlights)

  • In-built ‘Supplier Inventory’ functionality that helps ticket agencies to manage blocks of inventory acquired from a range of different suppliers 
  • Inventory can be loaded in bulk (either allocated or unallocated) or via a seating plan. All information pertaining to each batch of inventory (e.g. buying price, selling price, display price, inside and outside commissions, SoR (ink/pencil), conditions (e.g. groups/packages only), invoicing/payment process) can be recorded against the batch including its risk/yield/priority. Then the rules engines can be used to display inventory according to risk/yield/priority (even if there are several batches from different sources for the same event) in order to maximise yield, and can dynamically manipulate prices, commissions etc., if required. 
  • SRO4’s unique architecture is designed to allow agency clients deep access into third-party venue systems so that they do not need to negotiate allocations, are not restricted to specific allocations, can free-sell during periods of high demand and can sell right up to performance time. They can even negotiate privileges and incentives using the rules engines (e.g. achieve over 500 sales within any 14 day period and receive an automatic 3% increase in commission).
  • SRO4 is also designed to make it easier for agencies and resellers to open up their inventory to their own affiliates using the same inbuilt rules engines and unique system architecture, thereby maximising exposure, sales and their standing with suppliers.
