SRO4 - Box Office Platform

SRO4 is a complete box office management solution suitable for any venue of any size, in any Sector or territory. 

SRO4 handles all aspects of front-of-house inventory management, pre and post sale, through a clean and ergonomic design that keeps all of the required functions on a single screen.  It also includes a fully integrated and extensive Customer Relationship Management system.

  • Fast sale of tickets, subscriptions, season tickets, memberships and merchandise, and collection of donations in a single Shopping Basket
  • CRM subsystem tracks each individual consumer's history and preferences and can present this to the operator at the point of sale
  • Marketing tool enables in depth analysis of the customer database to generate targeted campaigns for distribution via post or email
  • Agency sales functionality; including seat allocations, seat locks, ‘call overs’, delivery notes, invoices, receipt generation, financial balance management...
  • Reporting suite for all in-house financial and analysis needs with cumulative achievement and final settlement reporting for promoters and hirers
  • Venue design tool enables creation and editing of detailed, visually accurate seating plans with multiple options for seat labelling and differentiation
  • Document design tool enables the customisation of any printable documents (tickets, invoices, letters etc.) with full support for all printer types.

New and Advanced Features (Highlights)

  • Dynamic Rules Engines allow prices, promotions, packages, commissions, access rights etc. to be programmed to dynamically alter depending on the user’s profile, the workstation location, the time of day, the customer’s profile, the customer’s sales history, ticket availability etc. This not only helps to maximise sales opportunities (and yield) but also removes the need for manual input (and the potential for manual errors) by box office staff.
  • Different workflows can be stored for different scenarios (e.g. customer present, telephone sale, reservation, account sale) which can be run automatically or at the touch of a button, as required.
  • Prompts and recommendations can be programmed into the system and can be generated automatically based upon the transaction activity (e.g. “this customer’s sales history entitles them to a special promotion for this event, please offer them a Gold package”)
  • A single shopping basket allows for the sale/reservation/management of any item within the system; be it tickets, memberships, merchandise, subscriptions, donations, packages or third-party products such as meals, transport or accommodation. 
  • The basket value is automatically recalculated on every change of content (e.g. reaching enough tickets to fulfil a package, adding a membership that is then entitled to a retrospective discount, or adding a delivery method that attracts additional postage fees and printed forms.)
  • Customisable screen parts, buttons and functions can be turned off and removed from sight for different sales scenarios and for lower-level users so that only appropriate and permissible functions are available to each member of staff, and so that their training and working practices are kept as simple as possible.
