SRO4 - Contact Centre Platform

SRO4 has been designed to provide a wealth of features that specifically facilitate contact centre sales and promotions. 

Standard Features  (Highlights)

  • A universal design suitable for any live entertainment venue, promoter, producer or organisation, of any size, anywhere, in the World provides a rich and uniform booking process for any combination of individual venues, festivals, tours and events that any contact centre sells for.
  • A single sales screen displaying all inventory (both in-house, accessed and acquired) is fully searchable by date range, day of week, performance, venue, genre, specific availability etc. and all inventory (tickets, merchandise, hotels etc.) is displayed as a single line on the sales screen and a separate expandable section in the shopping basket.

New and Advanced Features  (Highlights)

  • A ‘Sales Mode’ button with a drop down menu of sales modes/profiles available to the specific user at the specific location, date and time is incorporated into SRO4’s sales screen. This allows operators to immediately switch from standard Contact Centre sales to a specific incoming hotline, or to sell inventory on behalf of agents and affiliates on account etc...
  • The Sales Mode function will automatically alter allocations, prices and commissions according to the pre-programmed Rules Engines that can be used to centrally and seamlessly control every aspect of every individual sales mode. This removes the need to set up and apply mountains of discount codes, removes the risk of operator errors, and vastly enhances the levels of service and flexibility which can be offered to client organisations.
  • This feature can also be integrated via CTI and fully automated (e.g. a contact centre operator might be able to sell tickets on the day of performance and on account but these privileges might be automatically disabled within an hour of certain performances at the request of the participating venue(s)).
  • SRO4 is designed to facilitate deep integration with third-party systems including rival ticketing systems, so that a contact centre operator could access live plans for a range of third-party venues with all of the inventory fully-searchable, uniformly displayed and able to be sold in a single shopping basket transaction.
