SRO4 - Internet Platform

TopTix was one of the very first suppliers to develop true self-select ticketing via client venues’ web sites. We continue to lead the way in developing ever more sophisticated technologies to manage and automate our clients’ internet sales channel(s) and provide ever greater levels of service to their customers.

SRO4 provides a fully-integrated online toolset (called eSRO) that includes a Content Management System, calendar/performance listing functions, diagnostics/tracking tools and eCRM (providing the customer with access to their account details so that they can manage their profile and preferences, forward and resell tickets etc.).

eSRO is full-customisable by our clients using a ‘wysiwyg’ (what you see is what you get) application that does not require any HTML skills or specialist training to develop well designed and graphically rich pages for all relevant information.

The most exciting feature of SRO4 is that all of the functionality available to box office staff can be brought out online. This allows for a much richer online experience for your customers, with complex packages, promotions and dynamically created variables being automatically offered and applied without any human intervention.

  • Request Filter for protecting eSRO sites from overloading due to excessive user requests
