SRO4 for Portals and Networks

International portals, Sports leagues and tournaments, local, regional and city-wide consortia can all use SRO4’s networking capabilities to access and connect a range of independently owned and managed venues - even if they are using rival ticketing systems.

At the heart of SRO4’s architecture is a sophisticated interface which allows it to not only handle internal communications and transactions, but also allows it to access inventory from any external system and incorporate it into standard transactions.

This allows SRO4 client venues to sell live hotel, travel, restaurant and retail inventory and to access practically any other venue’s inventory (with a commercial agreement in place). It also allows organisations who don’t own or manage venues, such as major retailers, sports leagues or web sites to own and control their own version of SRO4 which can then act as a ‘hub’ to connect their customers to venues, retailers and service providers.

Standard Features  (Highlights)

  • Participating venues can open their inventory to a wide range of sub agencies/affiliates and their customers whilst retaining full control over availability, pricing, fees and commissions
  • Customers enjoy the convenience of a single, uniform search/selection process and a single, uniform shopping basket
  • External systems such as retailers, hotel bookings, restaurants or any third party service can be incorporated into a portal scheme
  • Ticket fulfilment can be via print-at-home, mobile, post, or collection through box offices or kiosks, according to the rules applied by each individual venue and offered to the customer prior to purchase

Advanced Features  (Highlights)

  • Dynamic pricing, packages, promotions etc. can be applied to SRO4 shopping baskets containing inventory from different sources
  • Rules and permissions can be configured and modified down to the event level, so that participating venues do not have to undertake any additional day-to-day processes in order to participate in a portal  scheme
  • Promotional prompts to encourage up-selling and cross-selling, dynamically triggered by user and/or customer activity
  • Additional sales/marketing/fulfilment platforms such as mobile and social networks
