Eli Dagan is Co-Founder, CEO of TopTix.
Eli oversees the development team and product strategy for TopTix. Sixteen years prior to starting TopTix, Eli worked in development, sales and support of ticketing systems. Eli’s original vision of the SRO (Standing Room Only) ticketing and CRM system was to empower clients with maximum flexibility and control to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. This remains the central driving force of Eli’s focus every day.
Ian English Asia Pacific
Founder, Managing Director
Ian represents TopTix/SRO in Asia Pacific as Founder/Managing Director of TicketServ. He has over 20 years’ leadership experience in the ticketing industry.
Ian has held executive level positions with Tickets.com Australia (MD), Tickets.com Asia (CEO), Select Ticketing Systems (Managing Director) and has served as a major market development consultant working to implement country-wide ticketing networks and ticketing systems. He has worked with many leading arts venues, entertainment, sports and corporate clients in Asia/China, Australia/New Zealand, UK/Europe including the Olympic Games and Guangzhou Asia Games.
Peter Joyce UK and Ireland
Managing Director of TopTix Sports
Peter Joyce is the Managing Director of TopTix Sports in the UK and has over 20 years of leadership experience in the ticketing industry.
Peter is leading the growth of SRO in the UK Sports market where TopTix Sport has made an immediate impact with excellent client wins. Prior to joining TopTix, Peter worked as global business development manager at Computer Software Group supplying and managing ticketing systems to UK Sports clubs. He also worked at Newcastle United Football Club managing I.T. and Ticketing solutions.
Desiree de Koning Benelux
Founder, Managing Director
Desiree de Koning represents TopTix/SRO in Belgium and Holland. She is Founder and Managing Director of ESB.TSB, a market leader for event management and ticketing software.
Desiree has held technical, supporting and management positions, starting her career with Select Ticketing Systems in Amsterdam. She has worked with major clients including the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Central System in Bruges and the Dutch football clubs improving their business with SRO software and services.
Fred Maglione Americas
Executive Chairman Americas
Fred Maglione is Executive Chairman of TopTix Americas and has over 40 years’ leadership experience in the ticketing industry.
Fred drives business strategy for TopTix, implementing systems and processes to uphold the company’s high standards of service and operational excellence. Prior to joining TopTix, Fred served as President and CEO of New Era Tickets, a division of Comcast-Spectacor, for over 15 years, overseeing both ticketing services and digital marketing businesses. Additionally, Fred served in senior management positions both domestically and overseas with Tickets.com, Select Ticketing and was the President and one of the founders of Globe Information Systems.
Brian Stallings Americas
Brian Stallings is President of TopTix Americas and has over 12 years’ experience in the ticketing business.
Brian oversees a team of over 25 people based in Charleston, SC where he leads client relations, product development and innovation. Brian is actively leading the transition of existing clients, as well as introducing new clients, to the advanced ticketing, CRM/marketing and fundraising capabilities of SRO. Prior to joining TopTix, Brian worked in a senior executive role with the New York Philharmonic and Blackbaud.
Karl Vosper UK and Ireland
Managing Director UK (Entertainment)
Karl Vosper is the Managing Director of TopTix UK serving performing arts, attractions, museums, ticket agencies and cinema markets.
Karl has 25 years of leadership experience in the ticketing industry. He has worked in every aspect of the business, including: managing box office environments, running front of house operations, ticketing system sales, implementation and support as well as system product management. In addition to running the box office operations at The Royal Opera House, Karl served as Head of Operations and Product Manager for Blackbaud Europe prior to joining TopTix.
Yehuda Yuval Global
Co-Founder, Vice President of Partnerships
Yehuda Yuval is Co-Founder, Vice President of Partnerships at TopTix.
Yehuda oversees all business operations, executive level hiring and agency/distributor relations for TopTix. Prior to starting TopTix, Yehuda served as CFO of a leading commercial holding company. Part of Yehuda’s vision in creating TopTix was to provide the highest level of client service by assembling the most dedicated and experienced leadership team around the world.
George Egloff Central Europe
Managing Director Tixtec
George Egloff represents SRO in Central Europe as Founder and Managing Director of Tixtec.
Prior to Tixtec, Mr. Egloff served as CEO and co-owner of Ticketcorner where for 20 years he made a significant impact on the ticketing industry in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Tixtec achieves its core business goal of addressing new market trends by making available the SRO advanced ticketing and CRM solution.
Hans Tommy Wilhelmsen Norway
CEO of BUYTEC
Hans Tommy Wilhelmsen represents TopTix/SRO in Norway as CEO of BUYTEC.
Hans Tommy has been a leader in Norway’s ticketing industry and software business for over 20 years. He established BUYTEC in 2005 as a spin-off of BUYSEC AS which delivered IT security solutions. BUYTEC markets and sells ticket and Smart Stadium solutions based on RFID card technology to the Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Finnish markets. SRO is fully integrated into the BUYTEC software to provide advanced ticketing and CRM capabilities.
Tom Alexander Global
Global Director of Marketing
Tom Alexander works out of North America and serves as Global Director of Marketing. He has been in business marketing and communication for over 25 years.
Tom is an accomplished Marketing and Media Executive specializing in business-to-business marketing, strategic sales and branded entertainment. Tom has held senior executive positions with the world’s largest media and marketing companies including: Comcast, Time Warner (Turner Broadcasting), and Frankel & Co. (now Arc Worldwide), as well as significant roles within several high-growth digital media and technology companies. Tom has received industry recognition as an excellent motivator, collaborator and proactive problem solver.
Stuart Atkinson UK and Ireland
Technical Director, TopTix Sport UK
Stuart serves as Technical Director with TopTix Sport in the UK.
Since the inception of TopTix Sport in the UK, Stuart Atkinson has been overseeing all aspects of the IT side of the business, from infrastructure and hosting to customization and data migration. Bringing almost 20 years’ implementation and development experience, largely within the UK sports and CRM market, Stuart provides a wealth of technical and analytical knowledge to the team.
Jenny Bamond Americas

Jenny Bamond is the Director of Support for TopTix. She has been with TopTix since 2013, beginning as a Customer Support Analyst. She leads the TopTix Customer Support team in managing all incoming customer inquiries and technical support issues related to SRO. Jenny strives to build an excellent Customer Support team that carries strong program knowledge and offers exemplary customer service and resources for all TopTix clients.
Yehonatan Cohen Global
Head of Infrastructure and Customer Support
Yehonatan is Head of Infrastructure and Customer Support for TopTix.
Yehonatan has over ten years experience in a variety of roles demanding a methodical and analytical approach to client implementation and support. Yehonatan leads the Customer Support team in providing responses and solutions to clients’ questions on a 24/7 basis, as well as analyzing, implementing and supporting the company’s, and some times our clients technical infrastructures.
Joe Dawkins Americas
Director of Finance and Administration, TopTix Americas
Joe serves as Director of Finance and Administration at TopTix Amercias.
Joe has financial responsibility for all products and services within TopTix Americas and works to evaluate opportunities, strategies and manage the company’s operating budgets and growth. His responsibilities also include financial operations, accounting, reporting and HR. He has 14 years of ticketing industry experience, previously acting as Director of Finance for New Era Tickets, now Spectra Ticketing and Fan Engagement. Joe earned an MBA from Drexel University, and is a Certified Managerial Accountant.
Katie Dewey Americas
Director of Implementations, TopTix Americas
Katie Dewey is the Director of TopTix Americas Implementation team and for the last 5 years has played a critical role in all of our customer success.
Having been a client of TopTix and a Box Office Manager at American Players Theatre for over 8 years prior to joining TopTix, Katie leverages her ability to ‘Speak Box Office’ and understand the numerous challenges faced by organizations today and translate that into configuration and education of staff in a manner to which is easily received by our customers.
Meira Kolsky-Veg Global
Meira serves as Business Analyst for TopTix.
As TopTix’s business analyst, Meira oversees software projects from the initial requirement analysis through top-level and then detailed design, communicating with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure their knowledge and needs are incorporated into the solution, and supporting the development team through implementation.
Meira has an engineering degree in Computer Science and has been part of TopTix since 2004.
Elir Matatyahu Global
Head of Professional Services
Elir Matatyahu is the Head of Professional Services at TopTix’s R&D center in Israel.
As the company’s “Chief Solution Architect,” Elir leads a team that complements SRO functionality by developing customizations to meet the customer’s exact needs.
Elir oversees all liaisons with 3rd parties, developing integrations and providing training and assistance throughout the integration process.
He has an engineering degree in Computer Software and has held various development positions at TopTix for more than 10 years.
Ken Paul UK and Ireland
Business Development Director, TopTix UK
Ken serves as Business Development Director for TopTix UK.
Ken has 30 years’ experience within the ticketing industry covering aspects such as Head of Ticketing for two large West End groups of theatres, Box Office Management, ticketing systems sales, implementations and training. Ken’s job is to develop new business relationships and raise the TopTix profile through direct marketing, trade shows, and networking events.
Jez PIpkin UK and Ireleand
Technical Director, TopTix UK
Jez serves as Technical Director for TopTix UK.
Jez has over 20 years’ experience within the events and venues industries ranging from in-house and touring events production to venue operation. His experience with ticketing and venue management systems includes product requirement analysis, system migrations and data conversions, system implementations, generic integrations including card payment systems, bespoke developments and support. Jez is responsible for the implementation and support of TopTix UK’s customers’ systems as well as TopTix UK’s technical infrastructure.
Pavel Rephiah Global
As TopTix’s Development team director for the last 4 years, Pavel oversees all aspects of SRO’s software lifecycle, including the design of new features, architecture and performance improvements, versions planning and release management.
Pavel leads a team of 25 professional software engineers, in-house and subcontractors, and is in charge of their training, collaboration and management. He is passionate about AGILE and new technologies and brings that to SRO.
Pavel has been a Team Leader and Senior Developer in TopTix for more than 13 years.
James Savage UK and Ireland
James Savage, Head of Project Services, TopTix Sport UK
James Savage is the Head of Professional Services with TopTix Sport.
Since joining TopTix Sport in 2014, James has taken a lead role with the team in delivering key Sport projects, building an excellent knowledge of the SRO suite of products. Prior to joining TopTix, James spent over 10 years as a senior project manager and consultant in the ticketing software industry delivering ticketing and CRM projects to a range of sports clubs.
Nick Shrayer Global
As TopTix’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for 6 years, Nick sets the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of technology development and innovation. Aiming for technological excellence, Nick has played a key role in placing SRO in its leading position in the ticketing industry.
Nick has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has been involved with the creation of SRO since its earliest stages.
Jamie Snelgove UK and Ireland
Business Development Director, TopTix UK
Jamie serves as Business Development Director for TopTix UK.
Jamie has over 10 years’ experience in ticketing for organizations, venues and festivals across the UK and Ireland, including revenue management, marketing, heading up large box office teams, and hands on implementation of complex projects and ticketing systems. Prior to joining TopTix, Jamie served as Head of Theatre Revenue Management with See Tickets in London.
Rick Solano Americas
Vice President of Operations, TopTix Americas
Rick serves as Vice President of Operations for TopTix Americas.
Rick leads all operations including client support and installation, data center management, IT and web development. Rick is a growth oriented senior executive with 20+ years experience launching, maturing and diversifying technology businesses. Prior to joining TopTix, Rick served in executive roles in both large corporate environments as well as start-ups, and is the former President and CEO of Mirixa Corporation, a leading provider of healthcare technology and services.
Charles Woodard Americas
Vice President, Sales
Charles Woodard is Vice President, Sales and has over 25 years of partnership relations’ experience in the ticketing industry.
Charles has worked with well over 100 organizations to deliver ticketing, fundraising, marketing, analytics and technology solutions to help develop life-long patron relationships. Prior to joining TopTix, Charles served as Vice President of Sales for Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement (formerly Paciolan), where he led the company’s entry into the museum and attractions, performing arts and pro sports markets, as well as adding to the company’s continued success in the college athletics market.
