The SRO ticketing system is designed to address the needs of reserved seat, general admission and timed admission events.

RESERVED SEATING

Theatres, arenas, stadiums and conference centers utilize SRO to manage all aspects of reserved seat inventory including a range of seat map needs. SRO can be used to arrange and assign anything from sections, rows and mixed GA/reserved seats to tables. The fully configurable seating plans allow for all forms of seat allocations and special offers along with descriptions in the case of restricted view or disability seating designations.

With allocations and seat locks, access rights can be defined right down to specific individual user permissions and time of access.

General Admission

Museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums, passenger vessels and visitor attractions use SRO for daily admission, timed and capacity controlled presentations, tours, special events and space rentals.

Selling events simultaneously in the box office, over the phone or via agents is seamless with the SRO touchscreen interface. Navigate all event information from a single screen, including capacity information and an easy to use basket. From the touchscreen, users with the appropriate security level can also directly create and edit events.

A tabbed window enables the same basic sales procedure for tickets, bundles, memberships, merchandise, gift vouchers, gift cards and donations.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Create and manage all types of membership including joint and family memberships by creating member cards, tracking usage, and storing history in the CRM record. Using the online portal, guests can also upgrade and renew their memberships themselves.
