TopTix is solidifying its North American presence with the hiring of Paciolan’s VP of Sales. Charles Woodard has accepted the position of Vice President, Museums and Attractions for TopTix in the Americas. Woodard had held a similar job for Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement (formerly Paciolan), where he focused on museum and attractions, as well as the company’s long client list performing arts organizations, college athletics and and pro sports.
In a release Tuesday, Brian Stallings, TopTix President Americas said “Charles is unsurpassed in his industry knowledge and adept at understanding client needs. He is an ideal person to translate the many features and benefits of SRO4 in terms of improving both customer service and return on investment.”
Woodard is also quoted in the release, saying “I’m excited to join TopTix and represent SRO4 in the museums and attractions category. The platform is endlessly scalable and user-friendly for both front-end sales and back-end operations. Clients enjoy great control over how they manage the entire ticketing process, from timed and capacity controlled admissions to setting up group tours and special events. It’s a real pleasure to be working with such a client focused company and technologically advanced product.”
