TopTix Sport is pleased to announce a new multi-year agreement with Chesterfield Football Club following the successful launch of the SRO4 Ticketing and Customer Profiling solution ahead of the club’s 2013 SkyBet League Two campaign.
The new partnership was agreed during the summer and SRO4 has been introduced to manage all aspects of the club’s ticketing and marketing requirements from within one central system. TopTix Sport has joined up with long standing partner Fortress GB to manage the stadium access control on match-day, and will roll out an e-cash facility for fans to load cash to their card for future ticketing and food and drink purchases at the concourse bars.
Commenting on the agreement, Chesterfield Chief Executive Chris Turner said:
“We approached TopTix Sport after looking at various options in the market place and we were immediately impressed with the software solution and the attention to detail and strong organisational skills of the TopTix Sport team. As a board we have felt that TopTix have led us through a consultative process to implement the most effective solution for the club and we are delighted with our collective partnership with TopTix Sport and Fortress GB. The SRO4 solution has been in place since our early pre-season games in July and we have been delighted with the ease of use of the system and the way in which our staff have quickly learnt the system and implemented the benefits. We operated a three-game package with a special price offer if supporters bought all three games for our opening friendly games against Huddersfield Town, Nottingham Forest and Wolves, and this was a big success and something we were not able to offer with our previous systems. The on-line Ticketing site is proving very popular with our fans and we look forward to the e-cash rollout in the coming weeks.”
