TopTix Sport Announce New Ticketing Partnership with Derby County Football Club

TopTix Sport is delighted to announce a new multi-year agreement with Derby County Football Club following the successful launch of the SRO4 Ticketing and Customer Profiling solution ahead of the club’s 2014-2015 Sky Bet Championship campaign.

The club play at the 33,000 all seated iPro Stadium and selected TopTix Sport after a detailed tender review process during the early part of 2014. TopTix’s SRO4 software is being used to manage all ticketing, corporate and marketing activity from one central database which includes a powerful reports engine and a brand new on-line ticketing solution which works hand in hand with the clubs main website.

As well as the core SRO4 software delivery TopTix Sport has worked with Access Control partner Fortress GB to deliver an updated turnstile access solution at the iPro Stadium which also went live ahead of the current season as well as integrating to the clubs Direct Debit management software for Season Ticket sales.

“Following our busy league season which ran through to the end of May with the trip to Wembley in the Play-Off final, we embarked on a packed schedule of activity for go-live in July ahead of the current season. The programme of work was challenging and we are delighted with the partnership that has already built between the club and TopTix Sport and our other solution providers. “In the early part of this season our on-line ticket sales via our new website have grown from 11% to 44% of sales and the feedback from fans has been excellent. From the outset we were impressed with how flexible the SRO4 system was and how it can be configured to suit some of the pro-active programs we have now and programs that we might wish to create in the future. I am not aware of any other systems in the UK sports market that has all the core functionality required for football ticketing combined with the flexibility that enables us to configure and create functionality ourselves without being tied to a supplier’s timescales or resources”.
